1. What we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, along with the business data you and your team enter into the app — team members, tasks, projects, finance records, contracts, leads, documents, messages, and similar venture information. We also collect usage data (such as login times and feature interactions) to keep the service running and improve it.
2. How we use it
We use your data to provide the Havren service — showing your venture dashboards, sending billing and account-related emails, generating activity logs and notifications, and improving the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Per-venture data isolation
Each venture's data is isolated. Members of one venture cannot see data belonging to another venture unless they have been granted access to both. Access is controlled by venture administrators who assign seats and manage team members. See our Terms of Service for your responsibilities regarding access management.
4. Payment information
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not store your full card details — only subscription status, billing period, and plan information needed to manage your account. All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely by the provider.
5. Cookies and local storage
Havren uses local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as selected venture and theme). We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics data, if collected, is used only to understand how the product is used and improve it.
6. Data sharing
We do not share your venture data with third parties except as required to operate the service (such as our payment provider and hosting infrastructure), to comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent. Processors we use are bound by agreements requiring confidentiality and data protection.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we will delete your venture data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Subscription records may be retained for accounting and tax compliance.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Havren team through the app's support channels. You can also close your account at any time, which initiates the data deletion process described above.
9. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Each venture's data is isolated so that members of one venture cannot access another's records without explicit permission.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. See also our Terms of Service.
